Terms & Conditions for Trinity Jamboree

By purchasing tickets and attending Trinity Jamboree, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
1. Ticket Purchase & Entry:
- Tickets are non-refundable except in case of event cancellation.
- Children 12 and under attend free but must be accompanied by an adult.
- Wristbands must be worn at all times during the festival.
2. Camping & Facilities:
- Free camping is available for weekend pass holders.
- Car camping is limited and RV spots are dry (no power, water, or sewer).
- Attendees are responsible for their campsite cleanliness and must follow the "Leave No Trace" policy.
3. Festival Conduct:
- Respect all attendees, staff, and performers.
- Illegal substances, weapons, and disruptive behavior are prohibited.
- Trinity Jamboree reserves the right to remove any individual violating these terms.
4. Liability:
- Attendees participate at their own risk.
- Trinity Jamboree is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
5. Photography & Media:
By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes.
6. Vending Terms:
- Craft vendors must comply with setup times and space guidelines.
- Food vending is not permitted.
- Vendor spaces are non-refundable.

All attendees are encouraged to minimize waste and bring reusable water bottles.
